I have appraised machinery and equipment for 40 years. This includes 20 years as owner of F. Franke & Company, Inc., a new and used machinery dealership, operating nationally as well as
internationally.  I have been past Secretary of the Machinery Dealers National Association/Chicago Chapter as well as educational program planning chairperson of the Equipment Appraisers Association of
North America (EAANA).
